Ordering Convenience
Our password protected dealer web site, GPDealer.com can also be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our educated sales staff is available to take your calls Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (US central time, GMT -6 hours). Dealers can also fax Great Planes on our dedicated fax line. Our online ordering system , Access + Pro, allows 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ordering freedom. With Access + Pro online ordering software, dealers can place orders when they want to and spend more time with customers.
Getting Product to Your Store
With an impressive 196,000 square feet of warehouse space in Champaign, IL. and another 197,000 square feet in Reno, NV. we are able to handle the flow of 60,000 products from over 600 manufacturers! When a shipment arrives at Great Planes, we are ready with dozens of receiving docks and plenty of space to stage shipments in priority order; out-of-stock and low inventory items are segregated first. Deliveries to Great Planes are checked-in and put on our shelves very quickly, giving you a higher fill rate (average of 90% or more) and allowing us to get the goods quickly into your store.
Returns Made Easy
When a dealer calls for authorization to return defective merchandise or reports a shipping error, we enter the items directly into the computer (much like an order). The computer automatically issues a Call Tag for the return and assures prompt and accurate attention when it arrives.

Dealers who enroll receive a "sneak peak" shipment of exciting, innovative Radio Control product from our established exclusive lines like Top Flite, DuraTrax, etc. This gives consumers a unique hands-on-exposure to an industry release. Having new product in hand really makes for an easy buying decision - for dealers and consumers! Dealers then have a month prior to actual purchase to sell this item. Should they choose to return the item in the 30 day period, we have a hassle-free, no questions asked return policy. With Sneak Preview, dealers can't lose!
Customer Link
The industry's first free dealer-referral service! The toll free number is listed with every national magazine ad we create. Consumers see the ad, call the number, and are referred to a hobby store in their area. Consumers also receive a free brochure on the item that appeared in the ad. Dealers are automatically listed in our Customer Link system through purchases of exclusive product. Dealers can retrieve the names, addresses and phone numbers of everyone who has been referred to their shop — an excellent aid in creating a mailing list.
Co-Op Plus
This year-round Co-Op advertising program for dealers has been successful for many years now! On this program, points are automatically earned for every exclusive purchase.
